Celebrating Today: Jarett Wuebbels (8)
- 7th/8th Grade Girls: Basketball tryouts will be on 10/2 and 10/3 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. in the South gym.
- 7th/8th Grade Boys interested in playing basketball, please stop by the office to sign up. Tryout dates are October 2nd & 3rd.
- The Candy Cart will be around Thursday, September 28th because we have a half day on Friday, September 29th - that would be 5th grade, too.
- The VFW will once again sponsor an essay contest for 6th, 7th, and 8th graders. They will award $100 for 1st prize, $50 for 2nd, and $25 for 3rd. The 1st place winner will get to read his/her essay at the Veterans Day assembly. The theme this year is "How are you inspired by America?" The essay must be between 300-400 typed words. Your ELA teachers will have more information. All essays are due to Mrs. Marchal by October 11.
- All Student Council members--please meet in Mrs. Marchal's room 1st hour on Tuesday, September 19. You will be voting on officers.
- All Student Council members: Your Induction Ceremony will be 9th hour on Friday, September 22, during 9th hour in Mrs. Marchal's room.
- All Student Council members: Give $20 to Mrs. Marchal for your StuCo hoodie by 9/29. Cash or check are accepted; make checks payable to Wesclin Middle School.
- Athletes Team Pictures will be on Wednesday, 9/20 starting around 12:45. All athletes in Cross Country, Baseball and Softball need to bring their uniforms to school. No money is needed on picture day, an order form will be emailed to parents.
